AC fan filter units
Ceiling fan filter units with conventional AC motors for cleanroom builders who need a lower-cost unit where individual or small-group speed control is enough and filters are replaced during routine maintenance.

Description
An AC fan filter unit combines a supply fan and a HEPA or ULPA filter in one ceiling module that recirculates and filters air inside the cleanroom as the main device of the secondary-side circulation system. The AC-motor version is the conventional drive type: the technology is mature, the unit cost is lower than DC or EC versions, and the simple structure makes filter replacement and upkeep straightforward. Four module sizes cover airflows from 500 to 2000 m3/h at an average face velocity of 0.3 to 0.5 m/s.
Features
- Conventional AC-motor drive; the lowest-cost fan filter unit where networked speed control is not required.
- Four module sizes (575 x 575 mm up to 1175 x 1175 mm) with airflows from 500 to 2000 m3/h.
- Average face velocity 0.3 to 0.5 m/s; external static pressure 96 Pa (10 mmAq); power input 100 to 200 W.
- Noise 55 dB measured 1 m below the unit; vibration 0.2 to 0.5 mm/s.
- HEPA stage 99.99% at 0.3 um with a high-grade aluminium frame; a chemical filter is optional.
- Plenum box in powder-coated A3 cold-rolled sheet, aluminized zinc sheet or stainless steel.
- Speed control by multi-stage setting; group control is available as an option.
Applications
- New and refurbished cleanrooms in semiconductor, electronics and optics plants
- Pharmaceutical and medical device production areas
- Food, cosmetics and packaging cleanrooms and local clean zones

Values that appear once across all models in the source table are repeated on each row. Efficiency refers to the HEPA stage. Source model codes carried a factory series prefix that was removed; A01 to A04 are size classes, not yet confirmed type designations.
Supply scope
What is supplied, and what stays with the buyer.
- Fixed configurations only: module size, plenum box material, supply voltage and frequency, filter grade, control interface and filter options are confirmed before quotation.
- Each quoted configuration comes with its specification sheet and packing data per unit.
- Replacement HEPA filters and spare fans are quoted with the units so first-line maintenance can be planned.
- Installation into the ceiling grid, electrical connection and airflow balancing stay with the buyer or the buyer's contractor.
Configurations
Fixed configurations that can be quoted.
A configuration code fixes the dimensions, electrical data, materials and documents. Quote requests that reference a code skip the specification round.
