Two-side air showers
Personnel air showers with HEPA-filtered air jetted from nozzles on two sides, used at cleanroom entrances to remove dust from clothing before entry; the buyer's contractor positions and connects the cabin on site.
Description
A two-side air shower is a personnel decontamination cabin installed at the entrance of a clean area. Clean air filtered through a final HEPA stage is jetted onto the person from stainless steel adjustable nozzles on two sides, removing dust particles from clothing quickly and reducing the particle load carried into the cleanroom. The cabin is PLC controlled with an LED display showing the shower cycle progress and the two-door interlock status. Modular cabin sections can be assembled to different shower lengths. Nozzle outlet speed is above 25 m/s and the air speed reaching the body is above 18 m/s.
