Automatic roll filters
Automatic roll-type air filters for pre-filtration of ventilation and air-conditioning intakes, in standard, self-cleaning, explosion-proof and duct-type versions; the roll of media advances automatically on pressure-difference signal, and the frame size is fixed per configuration.

Description
An automatic roll filter converts the pressure difference across the media into a sensor signal and advances a fresh roll of filter media automatically, so the pre-filter stage keeps its airflow without manual media changes. The frame is metal - powder-coated steel, aluminium extrusion or stainless steel - and suits harsh environments. A photoelectric control tracks the media, with an LCD display of status, local audible and visual alarms and a remote alarm contact. Four versions are offered. The standard version covers general ventilation pre-filtration. The self-cleaning version adds a module that brushes the media roll to extend its life between changes. The explosion-proof version is built for areas with flammable media; the required Ex rating, for example Ex d IIB T4, is confirmed with the order. The duct-type version is built into rectangular or circular ductwork, runs under high negative pressure, and carries a large media roll for long service intervals and continuous year-round operation.
Features
- Media advances automatically on pressure-difference signal; no manual media changes.
- Metal frames in powder-coated steel, aluminium extrusion or stainless steel.
- Photoelectric media tracking with LCD status display, local alarms and remote alarm contact.
- Four versions: standard, self-cleaning, explosion-proof and duct-type.
- Duct-type runs under high negative pressure with a large media roll for long intervals.
- Rated airflow matrix by unit width and height in the parameter table.
Applications
- Wastewater plant blower intake filtration
- Textile plant air-conditioning return air
- Automotive workshop ventilation
- Industrial ventilation for equipment cooling
- Central air-conditioning pre-filtration stages
- Metro, civil-defence and other plants with frequent media changes

Values are rated airflow in m3/h for the standard version at the given unit width (rows) and unit height (columns). Source model codes repeat 1524-2743 mm for codes 11-15 as printed; this is kept as transcribed. Self-cleaning, explosion-proof and duct-type versions are quoted by frame size and media specification.
Supply scope
What is supplied, and what stays with the buyer.
- Filter frame with media roll, drive, control box and sensors, quoted as a fixed configuration by frame size and version.
- Explosion-proof execution quoted with the Ex rating confirmed by the buyer; duct-type quoted with duct connection sizes.
- Media rolls as consumables listed with consumption estimate per configuration.
- Mounting, duct connection and electrical hook-up on site stay with the buyer's installer.
Configurations
Fixed configurations that can be quoted.
A configuration code fixes the dimensions, electrical data, materials and documents. Quote requests that reference a code skip the specification round.
