Aluminium-separator HEPA filters
HEPA panel filters with aluminium foil separators between pleats of ultra-fine glass fibre paper, for terminal filtration where a rigid, corrosion-resistant pack is needed.
Description
Aluminium-separator HEPA filters are separator-style HEPA panels: ultra-fine glass fibre paper pleats are spaced by folded aluminium separators, sealed with polyurethane sealant, and built into galvanised steel, stainless steel or aluminium profiles. The aluminium separators give the pack high mechanical strength at low weight and resist corrosion, so the filter keeps its shape in high-airflow terminal positions. They remove suspended particles of 0.3 µm and below in the final stage of clean air systems.
